If you live in a roach infested neighborhood you can never eliminate the problem. You can reduce it though IF you care. But some people just don't care. Can't fix that.

I had an xbox one s do this for a while. I kid you not, I lost my temper and punched it as hard as I could on the vents at the top, removed a good bit of skin from my knuckles, but it worked perfectly after that.

I like to believe the xbox worked out of sheer fear of being punched again.

Stupid for even making a video about this. Just return it to the customer and go about your day. I watch this channel for the repairs not for insulting customers. That's not my product but sometimes people can't help getting infested with bug's. It sucks that customer have to live with cockroaches best of luck for that customer.

A message to the customer. Please call your landlord if you're renting or if you own your own home please call a exterminator.

Yeah when I worked at gamestop they made us turn roach consoles away. I opened the cover on a 2013 xbox one and this dude brought it in and it had those dead, white looking roaches in it and they were freaking packed in the console. He looked at me like I was dumb but I wasn't letting an infestation take place in my store.

When you pay someone to fix your console but then they say it’s broken when it’s clearly fixable but he doesn’t wanna do it because of an infestation so you end up getting back a broken console when you payed your money.

for everyone pissed off, it's probably a "no repair, no fee" shop. and even if he did try to fix it, it's unlikely the fix will work due to the xbox being so damaged it won't turn on. so it's not worth his time and it's not worth the client's money.
