It’s super easy to open it and clean it. I did it for my first time, it was quick, easy, fun and it runs like new again (didn’t have a problem with it I just wanted to clean it I had it for years) it does run cool now I don’t feel heat coming out of it like I used to. I also cleaned my controller which was way worse than I thought it’d be, full of hair/fur and dirt that was stuck to everything and something else sticking to the board not sure what it was, and fixed the major stick drift by cleaning it so it’s all like new again. Next thing I wanna do is put new thermal paste on so it’s dead silent like when it was new, it’s not loud but I can hear it and I used to be unable to hear it it was so quiet

After the warranty is up I’d take it apart and give it a proper cleaning with some compressed air check ifixit for proper dissembly guide.

the reason why most people don't work is that they use a hot hair dryer instead of the cold the hot can cause burns or even overheat in the future so Im gonna buy a cold hair dryer to see if it works

Try resetting the console to "remove all games and apps" then it would format hdd and it may work. Initially try installing smaller games
Like 4gb size games for testing some days.

Best thing to do is take apart & clean all the dust or you can just get a blow dryer and repeat the same thing every 2 weeks
