Killer Complexes to Lose Body Fat

Do you have limited space to exercise? Are you always running short on time? Do you have minimal equipment? NOT TO FEAR, EXERCISE COMPLEXES ARE HERE!! A complex is a series of exercises to be performed one right after another with no rest in between, and is usually done with the same piece of equipment. They're extremely effective in getting your heart rate elevated, and can even burn fat and build muscle! (when paired with a proper diet of course)
In this video I will be showing you 3 of my favorite complexes that can be done in your residential or corporate fitness center, or even in the privacy of your own home! All you will need is either a circular plate, a set of dumbbells, or a cable tower machine to get the job done.
You will perform 3 total rounds of the complex of your choice, making sure to complete each exercise before beginning the next round. Perform anywhere from 8-12 repetitions per exercise.
