Great advise I use ginger every day no pain of any kind I use it 3times a day in my cup of green tea I make a pot of tea in the morning and drink during the day have been doing that for the Last Year I am 65 years old

My favorite Coffee now is Organic Decaf Blend with two different Tea Bags dipped in 10 times.
#1 Ginger and Turmeric
#2 Pumpkin pie Spices
My cream is a mixture of Coconut Powdered MCT Oil, Organic Coconut Milk (with no added Sulfur), Organic Oat Milk (no added Sulfur) and Organic Almond Milk (no added Sulfur).
Organic Stevia liquid Drops (5 - 7)

I eat 5- 7 Organic Blueberries and 5-7 Organic Strawberries.

Then I sit down with a small bowl of Organic Oatmeal (no sweetener) and a small Organic Banana.
Water
I usually have a large 24-ounce cup of filtered water that is boiled and then cooled in a stainless-steel pot with lid. I pour my water from that pot and add in a squirt of lemon juice and lime juice and add a pinch of Sodium Bicarbonate and a pinch of Himalayan Salt.

My digestive system was so shot my Blood pressure could hit 255/125 with a pulse of 210 while sitting down. I would wake up to it like that too. Now I wake up and my Blood Pressure is 112/60 and my pulse is 49 - 55. I am 57 years old.

I also nibble on diced cantaloupe, strawberries, cherries, black grapes, blackberries and blue berries off and on all day.

Some days I eat pineapple, diced pear, diced peach, grapes, blueberries, banana and cherries.

Try 1/4 to 1/2 cup of those fruits every other day if you want to see how crisp your mind becomes and how relaxed and easy it is to breath. One time I experimented and eat a pound a day for two days of those fruits and on the second night, I had to breath into a bag from getting too much oxygen. So, my advice is not to eat a one-pound bowl of those fruits a day, two days in a row. This is why I just nibble on the fruits throughout the day, like Hunter Gatherer nomads would eat as they travel.

This is my go-to fruit mix if I get sick. I do not do these fruits three times a day, two days in a row, if I am Not Sick as it makes me hyperventilate and I have to breath in and out of a bag for hours.
