This is some really good information. Thank you. I drink more than 64 ounces of water a day. I thought of using lemons and even oranges to give it a little less boring taste. The benefits from lemons are amazing. Buying lemons ASAP.

don't overdo it on the lemon water. it can reduce stomach acid too much and cause problems. drink it at least 30 min before or after eating. you need the stomach acid for digestion

Drink water 30 before a meal or can dilute stomach acid and cause difficulties digesting. Furthermore drink water 2hrs after a meal for the same reason. Namaste

…. Don’t forget it is acidic and will damage the enamel on your teeth. Rinse out with water after to neutralise the acid accumulation on your teeth!
