I love your balanced attitude towards health and fitness, Vicky! I usually avoid videos on nutrition because they're overwhelming and make me feel like I am never eating right but after your videos I always feel empowered and excited to eat well I'm always happy to see them popping up and I am grateful to have found you a few years ago when I really needed a more positive and less obsessive approach towards healthy eating and exercise! I ended up buying her protein, bcaa amino, and the bottle combo. The protein is so good lol. She's right, it doesn't feel like protein. I really liked the bcaa amino too, i got raspberry. Plus the bottle has this cool design inside the cap to mix your shakes. Anyway, ilysm Vicky, you better stay with us for a long time, pls

i'm late i know but also ricotta is super high in protein and delicious. one of my fave snacks is ricotta on toast w blackberries or sometimes w banana and peanut butter for an extra macro kick!

Girl! I made the chickpeas today sooo good .I rolled them with tajin (yes I know too much salt is bad for you, guilty) and lemon juice SO YUMMY. I was going for a cacahuetes de botana feel (I dont know what they're called in english but they're like spicy peanuts they serve you with tequilla shots) Spot on! My dad got a spoon full and at them like cereal 😂 These will definitely be a staple for me, I'm brainstorming seasoning already

My favorite snack is 50 grams of peanuts. It's around 280 calories but it has 13g of protein, it's high in fat but healthy fat. It goes perfectly with my diet, it's super delicious, it keeps me full for long, it's super healthy for the brain... i just LOVE peanuts 🥰
