The cheapest alternative for a pull up bar/TRX/Rings that I discovered recently (and it was so simple it blew my mind) is just a thick rope (about half an inch) with two figure eight knots that act has handles. Just hang the rope or throw it over a branch or a beam, adjust the knot to have the right length. Done.
It's light and it's almost free and you can set it up almost anywhere.

The only problem, the first time people see you setting it up, they might try to convince you to not hang yourself.

I actually quit the gym to focus on running and just body weight exercises. I found the constant stress over gains and roid freaks in the gym wasn’t what I needed. Thanks 🙏 for your great videos as always!

What I like so much about your style is you make one feel that the only thing one can do wrong is to do nothing. You motivate one to get up and train. Often you have the feeling that everything has to be optimized. There is only one right way and if you don't do everything perfectly, you will fail. Not so with you. Thanks to you I feel comfortable with my fitness level and not bad because I just can't do an exercise in a program. Thank you very much for your videos.

I've had my PE classes at school for 11 years and at the university for 2 years and no one had ever told me that stuff. My old home gym of bench, rack, barbells, EZ bar, DBs, plates plates and plates is now packed away in a corner.

All I use now is my pull up bar, gymnastic rings and my bodyweight. And I actually prefer my results and physique now. Cheers Hampton for everything 👍🏻
