Mg Glycinate has been a godsend. It’s taken me more than a year and I’m still slowly improving my Mg status. You surprisingly need a lot if your diet has been Mg depleted for your whole life. And eating grains makes it even harder. I ate plenty of greens and barely had any Mg.

MgOH from Phillips plain milk of magnesia (50 ml) dissolved in seltzer (2 L).

Those supplements require huge stomach acid.

Thanks, Dr. Jay. The above is worth knowing. I've heard other doctors recommend Mg Glycinate, which I now take as a supplement. But they have never made the above observation.
