Thank you, thank you! I needed to heard that topic about anxiety. I have anxiety since 2019 and it's difficult to live with. Because that makes me stugguled with my stomac and I can't eat well because it's pain and I'm worry if I need to go to the toilet but I'm not at home.

I was weeping because last year I got ocd and anxiety, I was asking God why he let this happen. Then I saw this video (I know, I’m writing one of THOSE “I saw this video after praying” comments). I want to try a new approach. Actually doing things how God says. Prayer won’t be my last my resort. I will pray without ceasing, if I’m anxious, I’ll give my fears to God and I won’t pick them up again,

God spoke Philippians 4:6 to me a couple of weeks ago. He told me instead of worrying about the problem pray about the problem. Alot of times what i am worried about God has actually worked out.

What do you read or do when you feel the panic attack coming on? It’s the MRI machine and I have an upcoming surgery, and going into the room, being wheeled on the bed…..I pray so hard, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” But, the panic often wins……any advice, scriptures, testimonies…..I. greatly appreciate it, thank you and God bless. FYI…its Medical PTSD from an elevator accident I experienced, yes….the elevator crashed……but, it was Gods way of showing me to change my life and it was one of the worst and best experiences in my life….it started me on my Christian journey…..❤️
