Hey Kyle 🙋🏽‍♀️ I’ve been experiencing burn out for quite some time, can this be related to the vagus nerve? I have been doing your vagal nerve exercises and feeling so calm and balanced, just curious now if burn out is something I heal separately? Thank you 😊

I think my adult son has these issues, they arose after he was in the Melbourne (Australia) lockdown that went for 2 years. I don’t know what to do to help him, especially as I have complex trauma, depression, anxiety and multiple physical issues including chronic pain myself. What are the solutions to feeling this way?

Whoa, what should I do if this has been my default/normal state for quite some time? It's almost like I've been in a perpetual burnout for over a decade, with some periods better than others.

That's not the whole of it, Kyle. I have adrenal burnout, which is a serious condition...also known as HPA axis dysfunction. People get better, but not fully recover.
