I enjoy when i let my thoughts go around. This happens to me a lot in public. Like everybody is on their phone or something and it feels weird that im not on my phone but i enjoy thinking and talkingto myself. I have alot of sh that goes on in my head

Actually when you think of it when you jump in the cold water when showering or in the ocean or anywhere else you also think like:
Ok 1...2...3 lets go! And then you jump in the ocean. I think its pretty much the same right? Just think of jumping in the ocean
