What is Kimchi? (김치)
Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish.

I like how even the Korean translation is incorrect. For example, the "Add salt" portion.
"바지가 얼룩짔어요" litterally means "My pants are stained"
