How to Practice Focused Attention Meditation:
Find a Comfortable Position: Sit or lie down in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
Choose an Anchor: Select an object of focus (e.g., your breath).
Bring Your Attention to the Anchor: Focus all your awareness on the object, noticing its qualities or rhythm.
Notice Wandering: When your mind wanders (as it will), acknowledge it without judgment.
Return to the Focus: Gently guide your attention back to the anchor as often as needed.

Take a few moments out of your day to find clarity, calm, and connection. Meditation doesn’t need to be long to be meaningful.
