Reduce stress & anxiety naturally within minutes with the help of qigong. A combination of meditative movement, mindful breath and intention are powerful self-healing tools that can help you to reduce stress & anxiety and feel more connected.

The middle of the chest point is an important area for relieving emotional stress and anxiety. It's called 'the Sea of Tranquility' and helps to regulate the flow of the energy and balance the heart. The lower back is an important area for energy activation and vitality. The Ming Men and Shen shu points are good for tonifying the kidneys Qi and naturally increase our energy levels. Practice this exercise daily for 5-15 minutes, while focusing on the proper alignment, breath and relaxation.

Lovely and definitely calming 🙂
I was raising my heels for most of the practice until I realized it was more of a weight shift. Would the slight coming up on the toes affect the benefits if I wanted to include it sometimes?
