Used to skip 4000 a day..sometimes more ..four months 10kg weight loss, shoulder pain was normal...sometimes felt uneasy ..6days a week..at first youll lose weight but later your weight loss would be much slower sometimes it feels like u r stuck on that same weight for weeks or months...bt still it was really deserving..planning to start skipping this week..

When u make a video as an “expert” on jump rope, maybe put ppl that can actually skip properly in the video. I saw one guy in beginning that was experienced and doing it properly. Everyone else was so obviously a beginner.

Edit- One woman at 2:55 was good too.
