Rarely if ever do I come back to a video to give thanks, but in days these 4 exercises relieved so much of my shoulder pain that it’s hard to believe. I’m a cheerleading coach and do lots of overhead stunting, can not be more grateful I came across this so I can go back to doing what I love 👍🏾

Good point. I believe I've had this problem for a good many years, but now I've been feeling it less because I have been more aware of my back posture and strength of my back to help with my shoulder movements, along with good ROM.

I started with shoulder pain about 15 years ago. I have had fibromyalgia for over 30 years so just thought it was something to do with that. Since then I have developed auto immune disease (10 years ago). I’m going through a bad flare of carpal tunnel and my shoulder has really flared as well so I’ve got double trouble. I can’t lift my arm up sideways without a lot of pain and as I know I’ve a tender fibromyalgia point between my elbow and shoulder this is exacerbating it. Otherwise I’m fine 😂. Awaiting physio with hospital but will definitely do your shoulder exercises as the carpal tunnel exercises I’m doing are really helping.

Wow Melanie Your Wonderful !!! I injured my shoulder playing Too much tennis in 3 days. This happened one week ago. Sept 6 - 8 2021. Thanks for a great video. I have a shoulder and arm pain .Going from my right shoulder to arm to the hand .

I don't even know if it's due do a possible deficiency or it's a muscle spasm or a posture related issue.its been a month with the pain.

I have a Shoulder Bursitis Pain for over 6 months and I have been to 5 Different Physio and I haven't seen in Improvement at all ! However now I got my 2 shoulders painful when I sleep on either side and I'm a side sleeper it mean I been having a sleepless nights ! There's isn't a good Physio around all they do is ask me to do exercise and I do it by the book but going backwards ZERO Improvement. Please give me best advise. Thank you

I cannot lift my right hand above my head. Other than that I am not in pain and do all my usual chores and I can sleep on my right as well. I had a MRI and there is a tear. Since I am not in pain my doctor does not advise surgery. I am 74 years old. Can u suggest excises for me, thanks.

😊when I stretch my left arm all the way out to the side and lift it up, when it get to about shoulder level the pain is crazy and then when I pass that level it is fine. I am so frustrated with this so I would be trying these.
