Tap into our first of many strength workouts that are designed to be safe and effective for anyone, especially women who are pregnant! This is an all-around strength training session that will target and engage the full body. We recommend using multiple sets of weights (if you have them) to help challenge you for each individual exercise. Be sure to give this workout a shot and let us know how you did!

Juice and Toya, Congratulations!! Toya, I know it feels like everyone on here might have an opinion, but (from woman to woman) I encourage you to fearlessly take as much time as you need to get back into it. It took me 6 months and I felt like it was going to be the rest of my life. Like not being as fit as I was before was going to be the new me. Let me tell you, it all comes back, just a little slowly and enjoy that time with your new little family instead of stressing over when you can do squats again. Of course, every beautiful woman is different, and you will have your own unique journey just don't be too hard on yourself. Much love to all 3 of you! Thank you for the content!!❤
