I feel it exactly like this, if i sit down more than 20 minuts, and i stand up it hurts, the pain goes away after 5 minutes of standing. I have a flap tear in my meniscus... 😭

Hey doc so seeing one of your videos mentioning that joint locking is caused most likely due to a meniscus tear. However I’ve had my MRI recently and it showed no sign of damage to the meniscus. However what I do face is meniscus extrusion causing issues with bending. My doc had told its mostly likely due to the structure of my lower legs that sits outside rather than stay nearly inline with the leg pinching the lateral meniscus of my left knee at time causing it to slide out. Do you have any information treatment or anything whatsoever about this condition as online there’s barely any research put into meniscus extrusion. I have a long history with an osteochondral lesion on my lateral femoral condyle left knee.

Can you do a segment on ktape? I've been using it on both my knees at work and I'm using lidocaine patches because of my buttocks muscles.

Hello brother I hope your in the greatest of health & prosperity. I would humanly appreciate if I can get some advise please 😢. I do Brazilian jui jitsu (6 month) both of my knees were fixated on the floor & my opponent grabbed me by the collar from my side ways & pulled me towards him suddenly & I’ve stretched my meaty side of the inner part knee (left). I can walk straight, bend my knees without pain, be on my knees without pain, lift my leg in airborne no pain but when twist it a little to the left goin in the outer direction I feel a sharp pain from the inside from the inner knee side. Do you think I have completely torn my meniscus or what do you think it might be? Thank you soo much.
