Hey Lee, I have a question - what is the suggested number of sets to do per exercise - ( for eg. bicep burls of 10 - 12 reps ) I wan to grow more and achieve hypertrophy and I dont want to be over doing it. Thank you.

Hi Lee is it necessary to rest a day in between in a push/pull split or can i do it in consecutive days? My concern is that the legs are worked on both sides in exercises like DL or squats although i´d be cool to do it on consecutive days, Thx in advance

I've seen stiff leg deadlifts performed off the ground like a normal deadlift and from the top of a normal deadlift. Does it matter which way it's performed? And if I'm starting from the top does the weight need to touch the ground each time?

I don't recommend good mornings. Horrible dangerous exercise. At least from where I live in my section it's professionally not recommended. Can fuck up your lower back.
