Also these hamstring workouts are great with a 20lb kettlebell. Hold the kettlebell with both hands while keeping your arms straight and still during the leg movements. Depending on height of the bell will create more resistance. I found holding the bell between 10 to 6 inches or closer if you can, above your abdominal muscles gives you better results strengthening the abs and hamstrings. If you have to bend your elbows a little that's fine but keep your arms still. Also you can play around with the position of the bell like keeping your arms straight over your head as far back as you can go, once you get comfortable go back further.

Do you have some good hamstring warm up exercises? I usually do a warm upset with low weight but recently I've been pulling my hamys.. so damn sore and I'm out for a week or 2.
