Keto Pasta Ingredients:
2 ounces of cream cheese, soften
2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 350.
Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
Combine both ingredients in a small bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the pan from oven. Remove baked pasta mixture.
Using a very sharp knife, cut into thin slices.
Serve with your favorite diabetic sauce.

I make my own version of Rao’s I just read the ingredients then added a can of whole tomatoes and a concentrated tomato paste, I bought on a Keto site. It’s awesome because it comes in a tube. Cost. 2 bucks to make 😊

Looks great! Suggestion: roll it up then slice it. Also a silicon mat with sides works great so you don't need to fight with the parchment paper.

You went back to old school keto on this one! Suggestion: you can omit the yolks for this pasta to reduce the fat, since the sauce is usually calorie dense as well, & also make it not so eggy tasting

Thanks! A trick I've learned mixing eggs and cream cheese is to soften the cream cheese in the microwave and have the eggs at room temperature. If I haven't planned ahead on making the mixture, I soak the eggs in hot tap water for about 5 minutes. (Works like a charm!) It takes a lot less time to get a smooth batter. 😉

Hi Shelly❤ thanks for the recipe! If you crunch up your parchment paper into a ball first then open it up and spread it over your pan it will be easier to form to your baking pan. 😊

Probably a no-go for me. I like cheese in my eggs sometimes, and this might even be ok tasting, but cheesy eggs are *not* noodles.

I will definitely be trying it! None of my noodle options have really been keepers. The zoodles are so watery. And I can't do like cups of plain cheese

For an actually similar to pasta recipe go to Black Tie Kitchen's lupin flour one. Yes, you must actually roll out the pasta but that's why it's the most like actual pasta. It will be al dente, but it is not like squash or hearts of palm, shirataki or those "viral" worms promoted as pasta either. This stuff is like a crepe and will not hold together like any sort of pasta. In a pinch these types of pour out egg "noodles" are tasty but nothing like pasta.
