Ingredients & in order:
2 eggs
3 tbspn of lemon or apple juice
1 tspn of Dijon honey mustard
1/8 tspn of salt
1 cup of avocado oil or coconut oil POUR SLOWLY WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS
Then use immersion blender and start slowly at the bottom and work your way up

***If you want to add avocado- I suggest either a half of one or a whole but mush this first then add to bottom of container then follow to add the rest of the ingredients in order as suggested above.

How much oil do we use? How much acid & mustard product? I went to your website, but it's

What every immersion blender needs, is a very heavy and tall.... heat-proof glass vessel, preferably with graduation markings and a plastic lid.
I have a smaller/shorter/lighter immersion blender, and it came with a polycarbonate plastic vessel. Not good enough for me.
Ideally, this heavy glass vessel would support the blender in the vessel, so when you remove your hands, it will not topple over.
That's asking a lot, I know, but it would be darn helpful.
I was able to find a 500ml one with a handle, on Am-zon, but have yet to take delivery of it.
Maybe there are some other choices ??

I hate the texture of mushrooms (but love the taste), but blended with a stick blender it goes away like magic, also 2-3 ripe bananas a 1L tub of yoghurt and some sweetener (or sugar) and you got the best smoothie ever, but my first stick blender mayo did not turn out great so here I am

Do not use your immersion blender in a plastic container as the mayo will not thicken, Use glass.
