Homemade Mayonnaise in less than 2 minutes with 3 INGREDIENTS ONLY #Shorts

RECIPE:

1 egg (preferably pasteurized*)
190 ml vegetable oil - I used 150 ml sunflower oil + 40 ml olive oil - (3/4 cup + 2 tbsps)
15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
Salt (optional)

Some people like to add in also some Dijon mustard. I prefer it without.

*NOTE:
While it's generally safe to consume raw eggs, some eggs may contain a harmful bacteria called Salmonella which can cause food poisoning. For this reason, it is suggested to use pasteurized eggs.

Blend until creamy at a medium speed.
You can store it in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Use olive oil instead. Can be used on hair especially if you add vinegar. Shiny soft hair.

I tried it. Does not work. Blended for 1 min, now it just looks like oily milk.😢 Should I blend it longer? I see some of you blended for 5 mins 😮

Actually just blend the same proportion of both milk and vegetable oil along with some garlic salt and peper, put it all in a mixture and blend it for 30 secs

Guys this contain High amount of calories since we use raw egg and oil and also raw egg contains specific type of bacteria which can multiply in a high fast rate!
