Hey! I’m 13 and I’ve been recently waking up involuntarily at around 5:A.M and not falling back to sleep again. I usually sleep around 9:30 to 10:00 in the evening and all is good. But everything changed when suddenly, my senses returned around 7 hours of sleep (I can feel and hear even if I don’t open my eyes). As if I just not slept. I really want to not experience this. Is this sleep maintenance insomnia. If not, what may it be and how can I fix it?

i fall asleep easily but then i wake up only after sleeping for 5 hours so i have lack of sleep, how do i get back to sleep in the morning after waking up?

I can’t its 7am I can’t sleep and I live in a house with other people and everyone is aware of my sleeping issues so I can’t go to another room and do something else because then I’ll get yelled at for being awake. My family doesn’t understand that no matter what I do I can’t sleep, I can’t sleep without sound because my paranoia acts up so most nights I turn on something peaceful and lay there and try to go to sleep. Usually if I’m going to sleep at the time my body is used to going to sleep I’ll have no issue. But if I stay all night one night my whole sleep schedule is ruined. I’ve been trying to sleep for two hours now, nothing has worked.
