To start child's pose, come onto your hands and knees from a cross-legged position. Widen your knees, and bring your big toes to touch behind you. Walk your palms forward. As you exhale, bring your hips back towards your heels. Bring your forehead to the floor. With each exhale, let your hips get a little heavier. Walk your hands in, sit cross-legged, then set your hands on your thighs. For great yoga benefits, use this prenatal yoga pose during your first trimester of pregnancy!
