I eat a balanced meal. Daily. Lost the belly fat…. It’s been 5 yrs.
..IF …. Daily.
I drink green smoothies…
I do home “workouts” wall Pilate, full body workout, & 20 mins of walking, and another 15 min belly workout . -> this dropped the Inches off the gut majorly-<>daily.!
Lemon juice n water.. raw juice .. olive oil& 1teasp lemon juice—- <<>>. Extras. Thru out the day.
