I can confirm these exercises for becoming jacked. Did it in 4 months and I am jacked now. A few tips from my side. Train hard till failure. Don’t back down. Do not train even one exercise while looking on your phone or reading a book. (Believe me I see that a lot) Be aware of the muscles that are at work. Feel them. Take your time and Warm up properly true cardio.

To be honest I think we've over complicated EVERYTHING. There's too much bloody choice and frankly it does my nut in. I am going back to basics and this video is just what I needed. Thanks guys.

I'm 72 and had triple bypass 6months ago, now I'm back in the gym, doing total body workout with lighter weights, working out 4 day a week, already feeling great, thanks for the video

I used starting strength after being overloaded, like many, with unnecessary garbage. The basic compound lifts are all that matter. I’ve deadlifted, ohp, lat pulldown, rowed, and benched my way to a solid physique. Literally only 5 exercises is all you need. This was over the course of years. I’ve enjoyed it so much. I have a video of me benching. I love it.

I’m telling you this is one of the most underrated workout videos. To the majority of the average man we don’t have time to go gym everyday and do all these workouts. Cutting it down to 5 core workouts is awesome. Thank you for this.

Personally adding in some form of forearm+grip exercise, bicep exercise, quad exercise, calf exercise, quick core workout routine will definitely add way more on as well, you can keep it simply by making these extra areas simply one exercise each, your tricep should also be hit either via tricep dips or other various tricep exercises

Just recently found this channel and I gotta say thanks for the tips from a 36 year old gym newb who finally decided to put in the work for a physique I've always wanted. Been on my gym journey since February and have already seen vast improvement. I actually enjoy going to the gym and I'm trying to sculpt every muscle group. Will be implementing these exercises into my regimen!

If you do boxing or any combat sport, the overhead press is a really good exercise for increasing your shoulder strength for punches

This is pretty awesome. I'm 59 and had a big spinal fusion 9 months ago and am ready to get back in shape. I think simple is best for most of us. My own feeling is that getting real exotic, like reverse curls and exercises targeting only the lateral head of the triceps or whatever, are really for people just short of a magazine cover. Most people bothering to look for advice on YT can get it together with a routine like this. Thanks for the vid!

I've been following most of the exercises in this list, I'm not really increasing muscle mass, but weight loss is more my goal which I've lost 30 pounds already in 5 months
