When I play soccer I get massive pain all over my legs. Hips, shins, feet extra. I thought it was mostly because a lot of growing pains. When I ran with these pains I didn’t want to play. But now I statutes stretching for some reason and I found the problem. I wasn’t stretching. So now I can run freely and I’m back to being fast. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I went to the gym after a long time of not going and went quite intense without stretching...I couldn't walk for 5 days but now my muscles are just a bit stiff. Going back to the gym tomorrow, definitely trying these

Great sequence! It would be nice if you had some sort of bell or something so we know when to switch so we don't constantly have to look at the screen. I also didn't realize you were switching to both sides until seated hamstring (I guess I wasn't watching closely enough) so ended up just finishing the one side and repeating the video on Side 2. I actually liked that because then I was able to hold the stretches longer.
