I often wake up with tight chest muscles and this practice is perfect for me as it stretches them and allows them to relax and reduces my pain so much! I do it at least once a week. Thanks again for doing all that you do for us.

I have found this routine, in conjunction with your routines for the trapezius muscles, neck and mid back, highly beneficial for my posture.

What they have highlighted is that I have also have significant tightness in my Rhomboids.

Unfortunately I have been unable to find anything effective for stretching them.

I would dearly like it if this could be the subject of a future video.

I have been searching for something like this for so long!! I have super tight shoulders and chest and while I want to do Uttanasana I am only able to hold my hands behind my back but have never gotten them away from my butt/back. This feels so good and was exactly what I need to slowly get to my goal. Subscribed for the first time ever. Love posture work and feel amazing after this. Thank you!

Yes more anti-desk please, also if there is any form of yoga that could be done while sitting at the desk. Each pose of this session was so good, especially with the strap.

This is amazing! I struggle so much with front shoulder pain and this sequence really stretched it out. I plan to start doing the first half of this right at my desk at work.
