I just wanted to say that I have been doing this yoga routine every single day for the past few months. I have scoliosis and this yoga has been slowly correcting it. I don't experience headaches or back pain anymore and my posture is looking great! I highly recommend this routine for anyone else who has minor scoliosis or bad posture! I have also realized how weak my neck muscles are from doing the bicycle exercise in this routine. It is the most challenging and was a wake up call for me to strengthen my neck. Doing this routine is part of my daily routine just like brushing my teeth!

Fighting Depression & finally forced myself out of bed to do yoga with intentions of getting right back in bed, but now I feel great. So proud of myself for being able to do the camel pose with ease these days! All thanks to you, SarahBeth! 😊

The part where you said if we noticed anything from the 1st down dog- to the last dog, if it felt different, sure it did. It feels so good starting off your day with these videos.

Just found this class! Excellent for me, hypermobile, tight hamstrings, backstring problem(reason behind progressively flat feet) sometimes impossible walk in the morning. If I don’t stretch out everything I can not straighten up or find my posture and my feet suffer even more! Can you even understand HOW this class actually can help me? I believe you do!!❤

You are the best thing I discovered on YouTube!!! It’s 2023 and I watch your videos everyday and do Yoga.
It is you who have taught me “How to relax” in a Yoga pose, I never understood this concept before!! If the teacher is good the students turn out brilliant too😅

Wow. I have probably already done like 100 of your videos and liked them all, but this was by far the best practice I have ever had. It was waay more engaging than what I expected, I couldn't help but grin at the last posture :) Thank you for this masterpiece!

I usually do your 10 minute sessions but I decided to try the 20 minute today, and I'm glad I did. I'm going to aim for 3x/week of at least 20 minutes each. Thank you!
