Circuit: 40-seconds on, 20-second rest for 3 rounds!

1) Alternating Reverse Lunges
2) A Skip
3) Shoulder Taps
4) Plank Step Outs
5) Squat Jumps

Great quick workout!! Did an extra 15 seconds of jump squats because an ad played with similar music and I didn’t notice 🤣🤣
