I was overthinking my appearance and picking myself apart this year. I’ve also been afraid of time going by so fast. I struggle with health anxiety and ocd so this played a major part in that. Forgiving the thoughts for existing and letting them go into the blue light was such a release. I have a mirror right across from my bed in my room, and I was meditating on my bed. Once I opened my eyes and saw myself in the mirror I had a new perspective. Thank you so much!

got a tear when i imagined everything blue and the blue energy still cant believe that this helped me to stop overthinking. i know i need ti do this more often to cure my thoughts but i can already feel less negativity it left my body. thank you for this

I cried when you said "It's ok to relax. Forgive yourself." My entire life was like I always needed to think about everything that happened. Almost no one ever said to me "It's ok to relax" or "Forgive yourself". Thank you so much for this video 💕🥰❤️

I’m doing just fine. When sudden thoughts of heart attack crosses my mind and it’s very unnecessary. Who ever reads this. You’re doing just fine. We are. We’re not dying. You’re more than just your thoughts. Relax. Meditate. It’s okay. You’re safe. You’ll live longer together with your love ones. Keep going ~
