I've struggled with anxiety since the age of 12. Primarily generalized anxiety over relationships with people, health and sense of identity. I've recently had a major realization: thoughts are just thoughts, they are not me and they are not reality. I am the observer. The more I fought against my thoughts and feelings, the worse they have gotten paradoxically. With this meditation, I really found myself in a mindful flow of observing instead of reacting or embodying my thoughts as true. Very powerful, thank you!

This helped me more than you know, I never thought that I could silence my mind like I did with this meditation, and be at peace with it.

This is probably the best meditation I have experienced. Giving your thoughts the same respect as you do for the clouds in the sky…nothing to do about it, just be aware. AMAZING ❤

I am absolutely in love with your channel. I been going through a very chaotic spiritual awakening & find myself in alignment one second, & out of alignment the next.
