WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.

Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I have some serious brain stem issues, at times of increased stress the blockage in the neck/brain stem area turns me into a depressed and anxious person. I’m so tired of that, but this parctice has helped me a lot. I’ve cried my heart out but it feels lighter afterwards. I hope to recover fully one day, thank you for this practice ❤

Thank you so much❤😊 so much *1000, my brain got so calmed after this, I was dealing with anxiety and stress and is always catastrophizing negative things at utmost level though I tried getting out of it many many times I just couldn't it even affected my rational thoughts into negative ones but this energy exchange around the body really helped me to live the moment and not worry about future

As an overthinker, having to deal with stress and overthinking exhausts me. I found this video and decided to do this. I stopped on my first try because it was making me dizzy. I tried it again and I'm so glad I did. Will definitely do this everyday!

I'm glad this will help! I've been overthinking since I was in high school. Even though I got frustrated with my assignment.
I was in English class. I had a C in my grade every semester before I graduated. I spent my entire life to find a way to
fix those words in the sentences. I should have studied more until it happened. Speaking, writing, and typing. That's
all I had about it before.
