This was working and then my cat jumped on me haha. I will have to try again sometime but he has demanded snuggles. I found you from looking up trauma and the body And I was interested in a more holistic approach. I like your videos so now I'm going through the old ones and trying to work on some mindfulness and stuff so some of your videos are super good for that. My therapist has had me do this exercise before and I wasn't as able to relax but I didn't know this was good to keep doing. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I seem to have chronic pain in many systems. It is my belief that this is some kind of trauma response. I might have POTS but I'm not officially diagnosed. I'm going to start supplements like vitamin d and magnesium. But I do believe I have some kind of issue with my nervous sysytem so I'm going to start breath work and some of the stuff in your videos. I'm going to start beginners yoga. I have a lot of trauma, including brain trauma. I think my nervous system broke. I want to heal myself.

What do I do once I've connected an emotion to the tension in my body? I breathe through it and bring healing to that part of my body. But what do I do with the emotion? Thank you.

Hi Nicole, your videos deserve a proper sound - look at somethimg like a focusrite scarlett condensor microphone set - it would make a massive difference to your sound quality.

i have social anxiety... and all my energy is felt in my head upper body and i freeze up when confronted... uhm, how do i practice to move this energy else where ?
