It can calm you down during a panic attack and is also an excellent way to get to sleep and relieve insomnia.

Thank you so much. I suffer from actual physical pain when my anxiety and stress reach their most devastating levels. It takes days or weeks to heal at times, and to calm myself. This was beautiful, I felt weightless

Thank you, you have such a soothing voice. I got a little caught up by counting fingers, but managed to let go and drift again. It feels very luxurious to have the chance for a mid-week Nidra. Beautiful

Thank you for this meditation.
I'm in a proces of letting go people and things that no longer belong to me. During this meditation I felt a soft feeling of letting go, instead of letting the mind do the ( negative) talking.
I feel more at peace and as soon as the meditation was done my cat started to mew 😊

My goodness Devi that's just incredible, I lay on my yoga mat for the first time on Saturday listening to this, I was so deep within my body, mind and breath, dropping into a deep state of rest. This is one of THE best I've listened to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤xx
