Currently in the process of coming off of large doses of long term prescription opiates for chronic pain . The last few days haven’t been easy at all, but just came across this as I was going to bed. I feel more comfortable now, less anxious and much more relaxed. Thank you. Hoping this will help my recovery if I do it regularly.
