This guided mindfulness meditation uses a body scan technique to calm anxiety and find harmony and healing within your mind and body. This relaxing session will help you to become centered and have better energy and focus. A better life starts by seeing the peaceful YOU in a reflection of yourself! The music features 432hz boosted tones and works for a variety of meditation practices, whether you are into chakra, zen, transcendental, or other forms of meditation.

This session is 10 minutes, with 7 minutes of guided and spoken dialogue followed by 3 minutes of ambient music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, at a break in the day, when doing yoga, or before you sleep at night. Enjoy this guided body scan technique and be well!!

The most amazingly effective method I've tried. And I've tried them. Of all lengths of time. Up to sn hour. But within a few minutes this one has the energy passing thru your body producing instant bliss. Dont wait till the end, though. Stop it and remain in the groove for as long as you can . You've already arrived....

I like this body scan thank you. I liked the fact that I didnt focus on the past or future just the present moment. That is a new one for me.

We don't realize the parts of our body that is tenses up. focussing on each area and relaxing the body together with the meditation made the exercise so much more beneficial. Thank you
