I was so happy and relieved when I got my THR in 2019 so I know that feeling of finally it's over. You'll do great because your mindset is accepting of the change you're going to experience once you've done the PT to get those muscles strong to support the implanted devices. Whew!

Wow wow wow. I really enjoyed this body scan. Hearing its all ok and telling myself I believe in me its what I believe. This is a first. My whole body is shaking releasing tension. Love your warmth in your voice . thank you!

Stop saying breathe it's ok. It's so annoying. Focus on one side of body than the other. The brain can't relax both sides at same time
