Thanks so much for these videos, Mike! I have always walked 2-3 miles each day but health issues have prevented that for the past several weeks. I was going nuts not being able to exercise and realized I could sit in a chair and do upper body strengthening with your video as well as the warm-up video. I am taking off 1-2 days in between sessions and am really feeling it! You have saved my sanity! I am thinking of purchasing dumbbells-ha!

After the Warm-up Video and then this one, I'm kicking myself that I haven't been doing these at least every other day this week! My upper body especially that right shoulder feels more loosened up and not as achey. I know better...this works and yet I get caught up in doing other less important things. I really have to try harder to be more regular with these. Mike, when doing the arms over head, I actually hear and feel the gritty in back upper shoulders/neck.

Hi thank you..My doctor diagnosed that my core muscles are weak. Even when doing simple exercises, I get tired easily. Any suggestions?😊

Decided to challenge myself by adding light hand weights. It made it much more difficult but I feel great. My core is actual sore from doing the exercises, guess I was doing them properly . Thank so much Mike!
