Welcome to my walking workout. Today we are going to HIT the 5000 steps with this step workout.

Enjoy this Fun Walking workout from the comfort of your own home.
Today we're achieving 5000 Steps in just 45 min.

This workout is to the biggest hits out currently, we're having fun while helping you achieve your daily walk goal.

Yes, we're walk at home, but this workout is going to get your heart rate up and you'll be burning lots of calories and burn fat!!

You can use this as a solo workout or combine it with another walking workout to kickstart your steps for the day.

This walk in place workout is a good one for beginners and seniors!
Take care when exercises and if you don't already exercise regularly take it slowly at first.

Your challenge this time is to hit 5000 STEPS DAILY!!

I love this indoor walking workout!! This workout is a low impact and knee friendly workout.

Here is a 45 min indoor walking workout to help you achieve your daily step goal!! I clocked in just over 5000 steps by doing this workout and burned over 350 calories. Do this challenge twice daily and also choose to walk more when you are out and about running your daily chores or work.

Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running. I would highly recommend walking because it is a low impact and safe workout, especially for those who are extremely overweight or might have knee injuries.

Know this, walking CAN get your heart pumping, muscles working, and fat burning—all of the things that a real workout is meant to achieve.

So let's start WALKING and hit at least 5000 steps daily. Are you with me???
