habits from my morning and night routine (this is not a full day in the life)
1. Always having a plan for the week or day - I personally love time blocking because it helps me hold myself accountable and be aware of my time
2. Morning routine - mine consists of prayer, supplements (capsules + @bloomsupps greens , reading, movement, and eating a nutritious meal
3. Night routine - tidy my crib, skincare, tea, night journaling
I wake up at 4, and go to sleep around 10pm - hopefully this helps and again weโre all different so choose habits for your morning and night routine that will help you set your day up for success ๐ค
