3. Set 20 minutes timer for any job (Sweet-spot time).

4. Physically get ready (personal hygiene).

5. Podcasts and audio books (multitasking).

6.Organize and filter out (label).

7. Prioritize your 'me' time (rest).

I randomly found this video while feeling overwhelmed by all the uncertainty and the lack of routine while self isolating/quarantining. I set up my timer for 25 minutes, and rest for 5 minutes. I learned that with the pomodoro technique.
