One of my favourite routines to help with cardio, the jumping jack workout! This routine focuses on getting the heart rate up to burn calories, as well as some fab toning moves to tone the body.

For the full 15 minute workout, repeat twice!

I have been doing your workouts since November 💪and it has really changed me I feel so confident. I took a break from working out for 2 weeks and now I am back I was doing your other intense workouts it was great so I decided to do this one let's see
Day 1:I feel great 👍 it was easy as I have done workouts before so ya my abs were a little more defined after the 2 week break I took.
Day 2 : it felt good
Day 3 :I did it
Keep liking so I do this everyday

Great workout but sometimes it helps to hear the instructor's voice so we know where we are at if we can't see the screen.
