Hi Beth! Better after a month, then irregularly while traveling. I still had pain in the foot, esp what appears to me to be the Musculus Flexor Accessorius: Pen suggested pressing on a tennis ball across the foot, front to back. Nearly painfree for the first time since late last year.

Hi. I had L4-L5 disc protrusion, which caused my right leg to go numb. I was operated 2 months ago. Post operation, numbness has reduced in thighs. I still have numb toes(4 smaller toes) and numbness at the ball of the foot. This is impacting my plantar flexion motion and I am unable to walk fast or run. Can u please suggest exercises for improving plantar flexion and strengthening toes.
Thanks in advance.
