You have no idea how on time this video is, thank you!!!! I swear, you described EVERYTHING I experience EVERY night (body temp going from hot to cold, waking between 1 and 3, etc) and it is so frustrating - hence the reason I’m seeing this video at 2am 😣 I have no problem falling asleep, I’m so tired by the end of the day from going and going and such little sleep. It’s a vicious cycle I need to end ASAP!!

Thank you for this. I haven’t had quality sleep for years. I have tried melatonin, PM pain meds, zquil and alcohol. Everything is temporary. It’s hard to get to sleep, hard to stay asleep. I always wake up between 1-3. But crazy enough good sleep kicks in at 7am when it is time to get up. It’s like when the sun rises my mind shuts down and my body. Can’t wait to try this. If it works for me, I will give it the golden seal of approval.

I got up to take an ambien, came back to bed and watched your video. I am very interested in this product. I would love to be able to fall asleep naturally and not wake up with a headache every day. I’m in a rut with ambien and can’t go to sleep without taking one. Thanks for your video. I will have to try these out!

I would love to try this I was just talking to my son today and I was telling him I was sleepy and it around 10 am and I was at work. I told him I don't think I am resting. I wake up between 1-3 seem like every night. I tried now I need to see my physician. Thank you.

Thanks Doc, cant wait to try this. I'm a terrible sleeper even though I have great sleep hygiene; no tv in bedroom EVER, I don't even watch tv, just read books. Thanks for the advise about the excess melatonin. That may be my problem too. I noticed some comments about melatonin causing headaches. I suffer from migraines, and sure don't want to add to those. Love all your advice and videos. You have helped me Big Time

Also, get a sleep study if your doctor suggests it! Edit: so glad you're educating about the lymph system. A broken one is about the worst thing ever.

Hey Dr. Gallagher, thanks for sharing. I used to sleep throughout the night without any interruption (unless using the restroom). In this present time, my REM is not so good since I wake up in the wee-hours about 4-5 times and once I get up I'm feeling tired and sometimes exhausted, not so much motivated and so forth.
