I took an Advil PM one time and it gave me more stress. Now I sleep with noise cancelling headphones or earbuds and listen to rain, white noise, or very relaxing music. Works 98% of the time. Slowing down on drinking & eating after 6pm also works for me.

Tried everything.must use tab but only sleep for, 5 hours. Its very depressing any other solutions. Mind doesn't switch off.

This stupid breathing timing almost got me killed! I need more than 10 seconds of deep breath then maybe I can hold it for 7 sec, not 4 sec!
