You don’t necessarily need a gym or weights to build big biceps.

A pair of rings and your bodyweight can also bring great results in the park or even at home.

In this video I’m gonna show you the top 3 biceps exercises with gymnastics rings in my opinion that brought me great results!

I’ve already talked about how gymnasts have such big biceps where I’ve mentioned the straight arm exercises that suprised many people as well as the pullup variations.

I haven’t talked about isolated biceps exercises yet, and many people don’t even know if these can be done with bodyweight exercises.

But they surely can be done and the results may surpirse you, since there is no lack of intensity in these exercises.

I love doing bodyweight curls. So much harder to cheat. Is there a bodyweight exercise that could replace the deadlift? Some days just don’t feel like messing with loading a bar. 😁

The exercises are fine. Maybe the only disadvantage could be the stimulus to fatigue ratio. Cause technically it is not isolation, cause you are relying in more muscle gruops to stabilize also, abit hard to tracj progress oversll since you are adjusting leverages by angles. However, very solid choices, and if no gym or weights this will work decently good.

Tried dips on the rings at the gmy today. Didn't even get one 😂. On stable conditions I can get up to 10 dips but the rings are so wobbly. How do you balance so seemlessly easy on them?

Hey Adam, when i do high pull my legs automatically come in an L-sit position and i don't think that I'm Kipping. Can you tell a fix for this? I want to do high pull ups with hollow body position like you. Regards
