Welcome back to Movement Monday with Nicole. Today we are doing a cross-fit style workout that is only one round for time and should take a little less than 15 minutes.

Workout Layout:
ONE ROUND FOR TIME
50 Dumbbell Z-Press
50 Dumbbell Pull Overs
50 Double dumbbell rows
