CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME | Fat Burning | No Equipment | Rowan Row

Hey guys, here you can find a few of my favourite Cardio Fat Burning exercises that you can perform them at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all.
Make sure you execute the movement correctly and you stick to the whole circuit for the best results.

1. Butt kicks
2. In and out squat
3. Jumping jack
4. Mountain climbers
5. Plank shoulder knee tap
6. Step toe tap
7. Fast feet
8. Bicycles

After watching the video I think that the hardest step is to get up and start, second hardest step is to keep the routine, but once you make it happen … it feels so rewarding

I’m 228lbs right now 5’9 and mostly fat. I finished 2 full sets so far and this will be my first day training to get to 160lbs by February 2023, today is October 24th 2022. I’ll update my comment when I see some progress!

I have heart problems and I've tried a lot of exercises these last months and I wasn't able to complete this one until today it took my 3 weeks to get the fourth set done but today i completed it with ease and now I'm heading for another of your exercises thank you mate you are amazing.

136 kg to 88kg only followed this workout daily 3 set and proper Diet, Good sleep and consistency. Thanks man ❤

I have been doing this work out for 2 and a half months now i did this plus more excersice and dieting when i started i was 255 pounds and 6 feet tall. I am young so that also helped me loose weight i now weight 203 pounds and happy to say this really works i am so thankful for this video im definetly stronger and feel better : it’s been 3 and a half months and my new weight is 188.3 pounds thanks so much

been keeping a stable 186 pounds for weight loss all you need is cardio and a sustainable caloric deficit

Hey Rowan, thanks for your videos. I am currently overweight and following your 10 minute video to burn fat. I have already started reducing weight. I don't hope to have a body like you, but at least it will be better than what I am right now. Most impy, it feels really better after each exhausting session.
